A 3* hotel being run as a hotel to 4* standard.

The only reason I marked it down 2 marks is the poor air conditioning in the room - not giving a cool enough distribution thereby causing a poor and interrupted night's sleep due to it being too hot. ... otherwise it would have been 10/10.

Location very busy roads a nightmare to cross

On arrival the price you quoted was more expensive which was a disappointment to be honest however the staff are very friendly ans most speak good English

Friendly ...polite clean helpful ....I stayed with my daughter and when she was in hotel without me the staff look out for her ....would recommend hotel 100%

Little bit noisy from bars across the road but nothing to complain about and nothing to make me not book again I've stayed pattaya many times and would stay there first choice

The internet is not great and only works when it feels like it. The swimming pool towel assistant could do with a couple of classes at charm school.

A great place to stay. Staff excellent and friendly. Will come again. Didn't try the pool this time but it looked good as always.

The bed could be a bit softer, well you get used to it.

This is my fourth stay in three months. Obvious I like the hotel. The rooms, location, pool are great. The staff at the restaurant are the best part of the stay.

After many visits to this hotel, and with all the great things we love about it. I am sorry to say we just can't take the front desk anymore. They are just so RUDE and unfriendly. Sorry to say we will NOT be back, just can't take the front desk day staff anymore.

Really great area for everything you could possibly want literally steps away. Decent pool area. Rooms are average size. Good price.

No coffee or tea in room provided. There is water and a kettle and cups. Hate the shower/wet room. Only two towels, no face or hand towels. Some of the staff are unfriendly, maybe they just don’t understand at all. But some smiles would go a long way in the land of smiles.

Rooms are a bit dated but otherwise clean. At night rooms are a bit on the dark side, lights are not adequate.

Front desk clerk at check in, absolutely terribly rude. My wife booked everything with her name from America. At check in counter she gave her ID and I gave my ID. My wife then gave the clerk her name and said we are checking in. The clerk just ignored her and started to look for the reservation under my name. After 10 minutes of looking I said it is not under my name but my wife, same last name but she was looking for my first name. Then the clerk rolled her eyes. Then she asked if we wanted breakfast today. Since my wife ordered breakfast for the whole stay, my wife was thinking that was what she was asking and said yes. Then when the charged was totaled in was incorrect. The clerk then said it's because you said you wanted breakfast today . I said it is 3:30 in the afternoon, why would we pay for a breakfast now, it is almost dinner time! Well then she threw down her pen and cancelled the credit charge and made a new one and rudely put on the counter for me to sign. I told her the credit card is in my wife's name and she needed to sign. Again that got her upset and pushed the pen to her. But later my wife and I talked about the horrible experience we had, and came to the conclusion it was because my wife is Thai and after 18 years of marriage and living in the US and coming back to Thailand for a holiday that some Thai women either think she was a working bar girl or just plain jealous . Whatever the reason the owner should never have a person with this terrible attitude working at the front desk where the customer has there first impression of the hotel.

Bed firm, room decent size, on upper floor and nice and quiet. Decent reception area and good pool.

Perhaps the taking of 1,000 Baht as a deposit for a stay of one day costing 890 Baht could be reconsidered.

Friendly Staff, well priced, great location, very big rooms, beds firm but we had great sleep, pool is very nice, have stayed a few times and will stay again.

Nothing not to like.
